The youngest among Forest Park of Culture and Leisure’s departments is  All-season Sports and Recreation Centre. It was founded in 2005 but, as every long-term investment, has been developed in stages and for now the Centre consists of:  Golf Academy, ski slope, climbing wall and sports equipment rental, e.g. bikes, rollerskates and skateboards.

GOLF ACADEMY

At its opening in 2005 Golf Academy already had a driving range and an eighteen hole course to play minigolf. Year 2006 brought building six-hectare nine hole professional golf course, vast fairways sowed with special grass and greens covered with roll out grass. All this was equipped with 5-kilometre irrigation system with more than 200 sprinklers. Among the nine holes two are special: par-five holes (reached in 5 strokes) which meets international standards. According to them to play a professional game of golf you must go through the course twice and cover eighteen holes including four special ones.

Since that moment Golf Academy has been playing its role: on practicing  at the driving range where you can learn to strike a ball and games of minigolf that help you master stroke precision, naturally you should play a game of golf on a professional nine hole course. And all this in great scenery of My?l?cinek’s nature, which was well spotted by experts consulting construction of the course. Even before first game of golf was played it had been announced most beautifully located course in Poland!
