Though Bydgoszcz has a few parks in the centre of the city, this park in the north, leaving behind the urban housing, is a lovely, big park where you can take a stroll, walk around the Botanical Gardens, check out the riding school. Will the Bydgoszcz cowboy be riding a horse today?
You can climb a hill and see Bydgoszcz in the distance behind the trees and ponds, or just see the spread of the park, a big splash of green grass punctuated with trees and with light flashing on the waters. People play badminton or wander around, or dine at one of the Karczmas. There's a zoo also. Another place in Bydgoszcz to wiggle your toes in the grass. Best time to visit is in the summer or springtime, or even in the autumn with its dramatic colours painting auburns, browns, reds on its huge canvas. In the winter, too there are activities, such as skiing and sledging.

Myslecinek is a great place to practise sport, have a calm walk or during the warmer months to grab a beer/coffee. Park is big and very charming.

It is a favorite destination especially for families but basically for anybody seeking active recreation. Myslecinek has multiple attractions including Polish Fauna Zoo, ponds and hiking trails, botanical gardens, many restaurants and food stands. It is especially attractive May through beginning of October but one can hike here year round.

Myslęcinek's lovely. I've been there repeatedly, on my own and with friends. Plenty of woods to walk in, zoo concentrating on fauna found in Poland, various fairground-type attractions, eateries from small cafes to quite posh restaurants, open spaces, botanical gardens, water and water-fowl. The only tragedy for me is the demise of the little narrow-gauge railway. Its presence is commemorated, but the track's been lifted and a naff white road-train is no sunstitute. It once made the day of youngster I had with me, and it's made the days of thousands of others. May it rest in peace.

Myslecinek is a very attractive "city park" located in the forest on the outskirts of the city. A few trolley lines can get you there. We always tremendously enjoy exploring this area whenever we are lucky to end up in Bydgoszcz. Mostly we like the network of hiking trails. We visited the zoo and on another occasion the impressive botanical gardens. This time we enjoyed the festive well organized mud run of sorts called "Terrain massacre" 5K and 10 K. Many places to buy snacks, beer, soft drinks, ice cream. There is interesting water habitat in Myslecinek with lake and stream, bird island, even storks. Kids enjoy many attractions including entertainment park, bicycle course, upside down house and more. Great biking trail for all ages. A pretend-train gets tourists to destinations if one cannot walk. Do not miss Myslecinek especially if visiting Bydgoszcz during the spring/summer/early fall.

Great open space with lots of recreational fun for families with little ones. Lots of forested area with bike paths as well as a Zoo that's quite nice. If it's sunny day, this is a great escape from the city life for half a day

I was here with my friends from a summer school in Bydgoscz, we wanted to try some new activity. The whole park is mostly for family with children, but teenagers and adults can enjoy the "park linowy",some sort of rope climbing - a small rush of adrenalin which anyone can take.
